Middlecott Trip

Mosque/Cathedral Trip

On Thursday 30th November, Middlecott class went to Exeter Cathedral. We went there because we were watching the Nativity play about Jesus and his birth. There were boxes in different rooms that had figures in them. After that we dressed up! We went back to the room we first walked up to, to make a Christmas craft of Santa and his reindeer. There was glitter that got everywhere! We had lots of fun! After we were finished at the cathedral we went to Exeter mosque. We had to be very quiet and we took off our shoes. We met the Imam, and he took us downstairs and we learnt a lot of facts about how Muslims talk and how they pray. I really liked watching them pray. We all had a great day and we had lots to talk about on the way home! By Gracie YR 4.
